We are delighted to be planning for an Autumn series of Lunchtime Recitals in Romsey Abbey. Admission to Lunchtime Recitals is free but donations to support the work of the parish are welcome.    The following restrictions will be in force for the new series of recitals. Saturday 7th March 2020, 7.30 pm An evening with Ensemble DeNOTE – Beethoven, Brahms, Hadow and Schubert. We look forward to welcoming founder members of the award-winning period chamber group ‘Ensemble DeNOTE’ – John Irving (piano) and Jane Booth (clarinet) – for a fundraising concert supporting music in the Abbey. Founded in 2010, and with critically acclaimed 5* and 4* reviews from The Guardian, The Observer, The Birmingham Post and International Piano, they retain a passion for exploring the sounds of the classic-era on period winds and keyboards.
