As we prepare to say goodbye to Assistant Curate, Revd David Potterton, his final service at the Abbey will be the 10am Sung Eucharist on Sunday 29th July 2018. Thursday 5th July at 5.45pm will be the final Choral Evensong service for this term. Evening prayer will replace Choral Evensong on Thursdays during the Summer while the Choir are on holiday.More »

Sunday 3rd June 2018, 10am, Romsey Abbey We are delighted to have Choristers from Mulheim an der Ruhr, Germany, to sing with us once again. The setting for this All-Age Eucharist will be ‘Mass for Peace’ – Bob Chilcott Thank you to all those that have supported their visit to Romsey and especially to those providing lodgings and the meals prepared by Liz Wagner and the Catering Team volunteers. After the service, the Choristers depart for Germany and we wish them a safe journey home.  More »

On Thursday 31st May there will be a Choral Eucharist service at 7.30pm to celebrate Corpus Christi and the gift of Holy Communion. There will be no Choral Evensong on this date. At this service, we will be joined by choristers from St Peter’s Church, in Mulheim an der Ruhr, Germany who we are hosting until Sunday 3rd June.More »
