In this week before Pentecost, along with our fellow Christians in Romsey, we are taking to the streets of the town with a simple yet very powerful invitation: can I say a prayer for you? We all have needs, whether it’s for friendship, love, better health or a change in circumstances, and prayer can be the first step towards renewal.
Come and take part in any of the following activities with us and members of Churches Together in Romsey:
Prayer talk, 9 – 10am daily
Come and talk about prayer over a coffee upstairs in Caffè Nero, and look at resources that may be helpful.
Collecting prayers on the street, 10.30 – 11.30am daily, outside The Phoenix
Prayer for the community, 12.00 – 12.45pm
A simple service during which prayers asked by you will be offered:
Sunday 28 May – Abbey
Monday 29 – Methodist Church
Tuesday 30 – Romsey Christian Centre
Wed 31 – Abbey
Thu 1 June – Methodist Church
Fri 2 – Baptist Church
Sat 3 – Abbey
• If you would like to be involved in this project in any way, please email The Parish Office
