A warm welcome awaits you at Romsey Abbey this Advent and Christmas.

Romsey Abbey Christmas Fair - Saturday 29th November 10am - 2pm
Family friendly Christmas fair with stalls, decorations, unique gifts, books, Father Christmas, children's activities, tombola, coffee, lunches and mulled wine.
Advent Procession - Sunday 30th November 6.30pm
A beautiful candlelit service, capturing the journey from darkness to light with the great Advent readings, prayers, hymns, carols and special lighting.
Cantata Choral Evensong - Sunday 7th December 6.30pm
Featuring a complete performance of J S Bach Cantata Wachet auf BMV 140 with Schola Cantorum, orchestra and soloists.
A Christmas service of Nine Lessons and Carols - Thurs 18th Dec and Sun 21st Dec at 6.30pm
Traditional, heartwarming carols and readings capturing the joy of Christmas.
The Snowman - Saturday 20th December at 4pm and 5.30pm
Experience the magic of Christmas with Howard Blake's timeless classic, The Snowman. With live orchestra and Romsey Abbey choristers.

Nativity & Christingle Christmas Eve Weds 24th December at 4pm
Traditional Nativity and Christingle, bringing families and communities together. Children are welcome to wear Nativity costume.
Midnight Mass Christmas Eve Weds 24th December at 11.30pm
‘How silently, How silently, the wondrous gifts is given.’ Celebrate the birth of Jesus in this beautiful service with Romsey Abbey Choir.
Christmas Day Thurs 25th December 8am, 10am Family Eucharist, 12pm
‘Joy to the world, the Lord is come.’
There will be a said Communion service at 8am.
Our choir lead us with a joyful Christmas Eucharist at 10am, with children’s activities.
At 12pm a traditional Communion from the Book of Common Prayer.
Please note there is no evening service today.
Holy Innocents Sunday 28th December at 4pm
A special memorial service for families and care givers to honour children and loved ones who have died too soon.
