We are delighted that Sophie Hacker, the creator of the Florence Nightingale “Calling Window” will talk about Florence Nightingale and her own experience of ‘being called’ by God.
How women have been and are confronted by society’s norms and expectations to pursue their chosen vocations; and how Sophie explored her vocation, creativity and faith through the window using symbol to tell story.

Enjoy a wide range of concerts and recitals throughout the year organised by Romsey Abbey and ‘Music in Romsey Abbey’. Musicians involved range from local choirs and bands to international soloists and orchestras. Recitals begin at 1.00 pm and concerts 7.30 pm unless otherwise stated.

During a christening your child will be baptised with water and welcomed as part of a wider church family.
