PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL
The Parochial Church Council, or PCC, is a legal entity that manages the business of theParish. It is usually chaired by the Vicar, and includes the Churchwardens, all clergy licensed to the Parish and up to 15 elected lay members. Members of Deanery Synod (the next level up in the governance of the Church) are also ex officio members of the PCC.
In Romsey, our PCC members, who are also trustees of the PCC as a registered charity, serve for a term of three years and may stand for re-election at the end of that time.
